Hi all,
I’m working on changing my page intro. No more doings & undoings…too loose…vague. I’m switching it over to intercultural relationships. Big suprise right?? I’m thinking I will call it “The Milano has Landed!” ….one more blog on Indian/American relationships! R and I frequently call ourselves a milano cookie (dark & white..get it?). Thoughts???
Hopefully I’ll get to all this this weekend! Cheers for the New Year!

LOL.. I like the Milano name hehe. I just wish the guy I was supposedly dating hadn’t turned into such a cad. He’s supposedly always working now. Do I believe that.. no, I don’t. I was successful in getting away from the last jerk.. CS. Apparently all that, “we have to hide the relationship” was just a line he fed me because he is sure not afraid to post pictures of him and his new white girl. Esp ones of him with her and her family or her with him and HIS friends.. the ones that I was never allowed to know. He occassionally will message me still.. I think it is to just rub it in my face even deeper. If my Israeli guy thinks I am ignorant to being played, he has another thing coming. I have decided not to date anymore, so I guess it doesn’t matter since I am supposed to de-stress as much as possible now thanks to the stupid health problems. Sorry to sound like such a dweeb…

I am amazed at the number of blogs on intercultural relationships between Americans and Indians out there. I’ve only JUST discovered them now that I finally am blogging! I sure wish I had found blogs like yours and mine when I was in the initial stages of my relationship! I sure could’ve used the information (and friendship!!). Even now, it seems like most of what shows up on google searches is so negative : ( (I want to change that).
Anyway I really like your new name and can’t wait to read some of those blog posts you’ve got stewing in your mind!

Yes, Jessica, you have to be verrry wary of the negative blogs/comments. There are certainly some entitled folk out there — on both sides of the coin.

Yeah.. I broke it off yesterday with the guy I’ve been dating for a while.. if you could call it that. He disappeared on me too much.. and after reading excerpts from “He’s just not that into you..” I found the truth to my situation. Plus, I am supposed to eliminate as much stress as possible, and right now I can only fight so many battles.. that one was I just cut my losses on.

I am doing my best, but I am having a VERY hard time doing so. I won’t take up space on your blog doing so, but I put it on mine about a week ago. I won’t have test results as to find out just how sick I am until sometime around the 19th of Jan..
